Shipping & Return Policy

We accept returns on unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your payment, (minus shipping fees). We highly suggest to read product description and refer to sizing chart before ordering.

Clothing must be returned unworn, free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and stains, with tags and original packaging.

Drinkware is final sale due to their nature.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please email support@thenotsoperfectmomshop.com for further instructions on how to return with your original order number.

All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1 week to process orders.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. The Not So Perfect Mom ships all orders based on the address given at the time the order is placed. Please verify your address before placing your order. If your order contains the wrong address please notify us via email support@thenotsoperfectmomshop.com. If the customer enters an incorrect address on a package that has been sent out, the customer must reach out to the carrier to intercept the package. 
 
If a package is returned to us for any reason (i.e. damage during delivery, incorrect address) we will issue a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered to a customer. It is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages.
