Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment, we only ship within the US. We hope to expand internationally soon.
What are the care instructions for shirts and drinkware?
- For shirts, wash shirt inside out, cold. Do not use fabric softener. Dry on low heat. Do not apply direct heat on design.
- For drinkware, hand wash only. Avoid microwave use. Do not soak.
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Our current turn around time is 1-2 weeks due to the customization of each product, but will sometimes ship sooner! You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
Can I return my order? What if there is an issue?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the customization of each product. If there is an issue, please email us at support@thenotsoperfectmomshop.com.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations.
I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply email support@thenotsoperfectmomshop.com with your order number to let us know as soon as possible. We will email back to confirm before shipping.
I can't find the size I need.

Do you do custom orders?
