The start of a new year often comes with big goals, fresh motivation, and a lot of pressure to “do more.” These self care punch cards were created as a gentler alternative - a simple way to turn your self care goals into small, doable wins. Whether you’re trying to be more consistent, more present, or just carve out time for yourself, this is a tool meant to support you.

There is no right or wrong way to use these cards. Choose what works for you in this season of motherhood/ life.

OPTION 1: Go at Your Pace
Punch one circle each time you complete the self care action. When all 12 punches are filled, treat yourself to the reward of your choice at the bottom of the card.
OPTION 2: Monthly Check In
Use one punch per month as a gentle reminder to priortize yourself. Miss a month? That's okay - keep going!
OPTION 3: Finish Early & Reprint
If you complete a card before the year ends:
- Celebrate yourself
- Enjoy your reward
- Reprint the cards and keep going
Self care doesn't stop just because a card is full.
OPTION 4: Make It Yours
Use the blank cards to create goals that matter most to you. Big or small - it all counts.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR TNSPM Self Care Punch Cards
Step 1: Access the Free Download
- Click this link that goes to Canva.
- Login. You do not need Canva Pro - a free account works just fine.
- Click the Download button.
Step 2: Choose What Works for You
You don’t have to download everything.
- You can select which pages/cards to download based on what fits your goals.
- Choose between:

Different punch card goals
- Blank DIY cards at the end to customize your own.
- Skip anything that doesn’t apply to you - this is your reset.
Step 3: Download Your Selected Pages
- In Canva, click Share → Download
- Choose PDF Print (best for printing)
- Under Pages, select Specific pages
- Choose only the cards you want
- Click Download
HOW TO PRINT
- Print on cardstock for durability (recommended)

Adjust printing settings so the cards are as small or big as you like
- Single-sided printing is best
- Laminating is optional, but will make it last longer
CUTE WAYS TO KEEP YOUR CARDS TOGETHER
- Binder ring or key ring
- Mini carabiner clip
- Ribbon or twine
- Washi tape loop
- Keep one on your fridge with a magnet
- Slip one into your planner or journal
ONCE PRINTED & PUT TOGETHER
- Use a hole punch to punch a space each time you complete a self-care task
- One punch = one intentional moment for yourself
- Go at your own pace - there’s no deadline
PRO TIP: Keep it somewhere you’ll actually see it, not tucked away.
Finished Early?
Amazing - just reprint your card or switch to a different one.
There’s no limit and no “right” way to do this.
